WHY USE TRUDY’S SERVICES
I have practiced various forms of yoga throughout my life. I came to Ashtanga yoga around 5 years ago and practice regularly. I have two slipped discs in my back and an old fracture from a horse riding accident. I find that yoga helps to keep me supple and mobile and supports in focusing my mind and my emotions. I practice mindfulness and meditation on a regular basis.
I find peace ,joy and solace in the natural world around me and our changing seasons I am lucky enough to live close to the woodlands with wonderful views down the valley. I have a garden that I love and my house is situated in a wildlife corridor. You are very welcome to rest awhile in my garden after your massage on fine days. I might even make you a cuppa.
